2. Description of Service

FightWatchr is a sports tracking platform for UFC and mixed martial arts. The service provides:

  • Fighter profiles, statistics, and rankings
  • Event schedules and fight card tracking
  • Fight prediction contests with leaderboards
  • Live event updates and notifications
  • AI-generated predictions and analysis

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Abuse rate limits or intentionally overload the service
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the platform

5. Predictions and Contests

FightWatchr prediction contests are for entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered and no prizes with monetary value are awarded. Leaderboard points and rankings have no cash value. FightWatchr is not a gambling platform.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI predictions, analysis, and rankings reasoning are generated by third-party AI models and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be relied upon for betting or financial decisions. FightWatchr does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Third-Party Data

Fighter statistics, event data, and odds are sourced from third-party providers including ESPN, DraftKings, and UFC.com. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of this data. FightWatchr is not affiliated with the UFC, ESPN, or DraftKings.

8. Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receiving alerts about fight results, event updates, prediction outcomes, and ranking changes. You can disable notifications at any time through your browser settings or the FightWatchr notification preferences page.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

FightWatchr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in fight data or AI predictions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
