Enhanced Discord Integration and User Profile Updates

What's New

We've made several exciting updates to FightWatchr, including enhanced Discord integration and improvements to the user profile page.

• Auto-posting news and blog posts: We now auto-post news and blog posts as rich Discord embeds, making it easier to stay up-to-date on the latest MMA news.
• Discord join button: A new Discord join button has been added below the event banner, making it easy to connect with other fans.
• Updated user profile layout: The user profile page has been updated with a new header and PWA tab bar, providing a more streamlined and user-friendly experience.

Fixes and Improvements

We've also made several fixes and improvements to the site, including:

• Invalidated sessions redirect: Invalidated sessions will now redirect to the login page instead of breaking the UI.
• Connections tab fix: The connections tab has been fixed and is now functioning as expected.
• Odds chart color swap: The fighter1 and fighter2 chart colors have been swapped to red and blue for better visibility.
